About Vietnam to wine, cosmetics and mobile phone imports the latest regulations

Vietnam industrial trade from 2011 June 1 to wine, cosmetics and mobile phones import restrictions, wine, cosmetics and prescribed by mobile phone will no longer accept air express and freight only by the form of shipments of imported form imports. So, from June 1st, we will stop accepting this three kinds of goods sent to Vietnam shipped.

The 2011 June 1st. Specific adjustment is as follows:

Import restrictions:

A. June 1: wine, cosmetics and mobile phones are not flown way (Air Express & Cargo) into Vietnam.

B. June 1: wine, cosmetics and cell phone only through the shipping method imports, and coastal port, Da Nang and only in Ho Chi Minh City Hai, Da Nang Phong (Ho Chi Minh City) and three port can import.

Must provide additional files:

A. importers of goods imported by the shipping method to provide additional documents clearance.

B. these additional documents include:

1. Must provide authorization and contracts to reflect the dealer or authorized representative in Vietnam for these business of formal sex;

2. In export the goods consignor must have Vietnam before the Vietnam in the local embassy license;

3. Other information please see this ordinance.

If must import these items, need to refer new 197 announcement regulation.
