The United States Federal Express to sell its Houston Airport ground operation center

Recently, the FedEx Corp for $39300000 in the United States, the Houston hoby airport ground operations center was sold to a Real Estate Company in illinois.
The center covers an area of 66.3 acres, including covers an area of more than 200000 square feet of two buildings. Two buildings are more than 10 year lease term.
