ITU released the investigation report Post Internet world

Recently, the Universal Postal Union in Switzerland Geneva the organization held a high level meeting, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) released a report at the meeting. The report says, 2012, poll of 81 countries and 174000 post office, only 31% of the post office access broadband network, of which only 10% to provide public Internet access.
The report also pointed out that, in developing countries and countries 500000 post offices in remote areas of the post office has great development potential. In developed countries, 59% of the post office to provide broadband Internet service, while in developing countries, this proportion was only 21%. Even in developed countries only 19% post offices to provide public Internet access service, while in developing countries, this figure is lower, only 9%. In doing this several countries best are Russia, Albania and Mauritius etc..
