Swiss post and the trade unions on the labor contract negotiations

Swiss Post recently with the unions on the labor contract negotiations, the update has been in place for more than 10 years of collective labor contract.

Swiss post also said, in the current labor contract is still valid period, employees working conditions will not have any change, but by the civil courts are responsible for solving between an employer and an employee dispute. The new employee contract will be signed in the new collective labor contract.
Swiss post has about 62000 employees, of which more than 20000 people distributed in the mountainous and rural areas. The Union has nearly 20000 members in the postal industry, is also responsible for new employees and temporary workers consultation and collective labor contracts, representing 44000 Swiss postal employee benefits.
