The United States of America the Carlyle Group and Townsend will invest $200000000 to build a logistics platform in China

The United States Carlyle said recently, and the United States of America investment management company Townsend group to jointly invest $200000000, buy 17 warehouses, plans to build a logistics platform in china.
The United States of America the Carlyle Group and Townsend agreement to acquire Shanghai Yu Pei group under the 5 warehouse, and established strategic partnership with Shanghai Yu Pei group, jointly create another 12 warehouse.
According to the agreement, Shanghai Yu Pei group will also invest 200000000 U. s.dollars, the warehouse will be built in the city center of China, including Shanghai, first-tier cities Beijing and Guangzhou, and Shenyang, Tianjin, Chongqing, Zhengzhou and Hefei city.
The strategic platform is designed to operate a nationwide logistics network, building a total area of more than 1800000 square meters.
