Hongkong DHL DHL informs, Ukraine only the following 8 city have private parcels express service, if the recipient address the actual city does not belong to the range, shipment will be directly from Ukraine back to origin, related returning expenses assumed by the shipper.
Ukraine provides a private parcel service the city: KYIV, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mariupol, Lviv, SIMFEROPOL.
