Big/heavy goods on DHL a notice

Dear customer:

Take notice of the Hong Kong DHL, from 15 December 2011 on, DHL super/heavy goods of the definition and booking application has the following update:

All of the United States and sent to the Asia Pacific the destination of the goods parts, such as more than the following weight/size, will be considered overweight/large pieces.

Need to fill in DHL special overweight/big form "Extreme Heavy Weight E-mail Prealert for R.O.W. Destination" (consult our customer service) for booking application.

1) real heavy: 1000 kilograms or more

2) volume: any more than 300 CM (length) * 120 CM (width) * 160 CM (height)

3) the more than a ticket for the same charge/exporter, and the total weight exceeding 1000 kg each

4) issued the ticket for the same goods more, the same destination code, and the total billing weight exceeding 1000 kilograms

As for the Asia Pacific region or destination for the overweight goods pieces, is to maintain their current 2000 kilograms of practice,

As usual the completed form "Extreme Heavy Weight E-mail Prealert for AP-US Destination" to apply for advance booking.

Such as goods not get confirmed in a shipping space out before, because of the extra cost, are liable for the shipment.
