About FEDEX suspended in the Spanish city MELILLA and CEUTRAY package service notice

By FEDEX notice, this date to stop accepting sent to the Spanish city MELILLA and CEUTRAY package delivery service,

The city only accept document delivery service. Such as consignor mistake to post, a goods will be returned FaHuoDe, and produce all expenses paid by the consignor.
