Hong Kong DHL about Turkey customs requirements

Dear customer:

After Hong Kong DHL notice, Turkey (TR) customs latest regulations already in 2011 implementation on March 8th. The goods, "non-commercial kind of copy will be Free" statement must write in the invoices (value below 150 euros), otherwise the goods will be need formal clearance and will be delayed clearance.

Furthermore invoices requirement as follows:

1, waybill and invoice must have accurate and detailed description of goods; Examples below:

Wrong description: sample/textile samples, correct: 100% cotton T-shirt samples

Wrong description: fabrics, correct: 1 (weaving cloth 50% of weaving cloth of cotton 50% acrylic

Wrong description: auto parts, automobile braking, correct: auto front glass

Wrong description: electronics, correct: TV, monitors, printers, LCD screen

Wrong description: mechanical parts, correct: pumps, seal, engine

Wrong description: gifts, correct: pen, 100% silk scarf, dolls, remote control toy car

Wrong description: accessories, correct: 100% cotton scarves, the precious metal earrings, 100% wool gloves.

2, not necessary but if on your invoice have unified commodity code, write, affirmation will accelerate the speed of customs clearance;

Three, the right quantity and price.

4, the right individual value and value.

5, invoice number and date.

6, freight incurred by the sender pay (if).
