Hongkong DHL about the new rules of the Tanzania customs

Any entry of goods to Tanzania must be according to the following provisions of customs clearance:
1, no matter what kind of goods shipped to Tanzania, customs clearance required recipients to provide taxpayer identification number (TIN), where no recipient tax and customs authority, is not allowed. The recipient is a company or private also apply the above provisions. Foreign citizens in the local can use the passport clearance.
2, any food or drug entry to Tanzania, the receiving party shall provide the local food and Drug Administration (TFDA) license
3, any chemical products immigration to Tanzania, need to provide chemical permit clearance and attached (MSDS)
4, any reagent entry required to provide proof chemical permit issued by private health laboratory (PHLB)
5, you need the invoice provided clear original invoice, do not accept any obvious alteration
