About Ukraine customs for clearance of goods required to inform the class gift

The following categories of products banned as new year or Christmas gifts sent to Ukraine, otherwise shipment will be local customs confiscated, or be returned origin.
A.: all kinds of alcoholic beverages liquor products, wine, champagne, wine and other
B. cigarettes, tobacco categories: all kinds of tobacco, cigarette, cigar, tobacco etc.
C. all kinds of animal and plant products used as food, but may be a small amount of imports, each ticket is not more than 10kgs, and must have the original packaging manufacturers
Other products D.: vitamins, proteins, such as the traditional Chinese medicine, all kinds of pharmaceutical products such as toothpaste, medical ointment, medical equipment ( pressure gauge, thermometer, massage etc. )
Ukraine Christmas and New Year gift of cargo clearance document requirements are as follows:
Invoice:
A. requires the use of a commercial invoice ( non-commercial invoice ), item name and value required to declare
B. invoice cannot use " gift " to " present"
C. invoice content must be printed and handwritten
The shipment invoice and bill of lading if there is " Christmas gift", 100% will be inspected by the customs, if the invoice product information untrue declaration, the Customs has the right to confiscate the goods and implementation of fine punishment.
Bill of lading:
A. product description must be contained within the true embodiment of articles
The B. bill on the declared value must declare
