Hello, since January 1, 2014 our company for Hongkong DHL long and heavy cargo surcharge according to the following standards: every single shipment charge more than 119 cm in length or weight more than 69 kilograms, the surcharge for the (200RMB+200RMB) * the fuel / ticket.
