DHL Americas service site received ISO certification

Recently, DHL throughout the Americas in 59 countries and regions of the network ( including the service center, portal, transport hub, the company headquarters and branches ) won the international organization for standardization of multi site and quality management certification.
In 2010 July, DHL express in 31 European sites for the international organization for standardization issued a multi-site ISO 9001:2008 standard certification; in 2010 December, is located in the United States of America DHL express all the services and facilities, including the service center, portal, transport hub, operational headquarters and branch, also obtained the international organization for standardization issued multiple sites ISO 9001:2008 certification standards.
ISO 9001:2008 certification standards are global in scope, the most widely used and the most recognized quality management system standard, the audit of enterprise or organization quality and regulatory requirements, for service monitoring and performance improvement to establish standardized processes, and customer satisfaction.
