TNT international express third quarter profit increment

Holland TNT express company announced on October 29th, its 2012 third quarter sales growth of 2%, amounting to 1800000000 euros; operating profit from the same period last year 32000000 euros to 46000000 euros. Affected by the ongoing price pressures and adverse market conditions, TNT third quarter net profit of 9000000 euro.
Previously, UPS 's takeover of TNT by the European Commission against the plan. But TNT believes would eventually gain a European competition regulatory approval, in early 2013 to complete the acquisition.
