India DTDC company acquired52% stake in United Arab Emirates Eurostar Express

Recently, India major express delivery company DTDC Courier & Cargo acquired the United Arab Emirates Eurostar express company the share of 52%, and the renamed DTDC Eurostar, with the expansion of international business.
DTDC is headquartered in Bangalore, in the country with over 300 offices and 5800 branches, in recent years and gradually expanded to several regional market, and plans to further enhance its international market business.
Eurostar express company, has about 100 employees and60delivery vehicles, provide same day delivery, next day delivery and international express services.
DTDC international business director says, this purchase caused DTDC and Eurostar to effectively integrate, covering the whole of the Middle East, including the Gulf and North africa. The acquisition of the DTDC in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in developed markets such as the sales force enhancement, and obtained a strong infrastructure and good delivery capability.
According to India media reports, DTDC is working with potential private equity investors to fund the expansion of business talks. The company plans to buy Australia and India express freight company, and in Canada, Kenya and the United Arab Emirates development joint venture, seeking and South Africa and Western Asia, Singapore joint venture cooperation, in order to improve the international status.
