FedEx will acquire French express and transportation company TATEX

Beijing time on May 10th Evening News said Thursday, Federal Express, the acquisition of French express and transportation company TATEX, but has not announced the purchase price.
Previously, FedEx Express, which is in talks to buy private, size 1000TATEX company, in order to promote business growth of FedEx in europe. FedEx says, the TATEX acquisition will enable the company to obtain a covering France national terrestrial network.
