FedEx announced in April 17th, the company is in talks to buy French express delivery company TATEX. After the acquisition of Poland, fedex express delivery company Opek, to develop their business in europe.
TATEX founded in 1976, is an enterprise of overweight of goods to provide fast transportation company, has more than1000 employees, annual the delivery of more than19000000 packages, including high-tech products, spare parts, automotive and apparel.
Previously, FedEx says, company plans through small acquisitions advance European business growth.
