TNT express India express delivery company to sell domestic land international business development

TNT express company recently losing India domestic land express company was sold to private equity firms -- India equity partners ( IEP ), to enable the company's business focus on India international business. IEP said, further plans to annex the logistics company. At present, the transaction was completed by IEP logistics subsidiary, but did not reveal the financial details of the transaction.
After the transaction, the company will by Abhik Mitra administration, he served as executive director of the India TNT IEP, chief executive of logistics platform.
