Recently, the British Royal Mail's European parcel service company GLS introduced flexible package delivery notification service in Poland. So far, the royal mail notification service can provide inbound packages to the recipient in 10 European countries. In 2012 September, GLS launched the first flexible delivery service in Germany, and launched the service in Holland, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia in 2013. In 2014, the service has expanded to Czech and Poland. GLS said, France will be the promotion of the service in Eleventh countries. GLS customers in the use of the service, only need to provide your email address or mobile phone number, in order to inform the parcel arrival time. When customers get email or SMS notification, customers can be re designated to receive parcels address, or directly to the package store to receive the parcel.
