Canada TransForce company acquired LTL freight company Vitran

Recently, the Canadian Transportation Group TransForce bought LTL freight company Vitran.
TransForce company said, welcome all the staff and management team of Vitran company joined TransForce. The acquisition of Vitran contributes to the further enhancement of TransForce company in Canada LTL freight market strength, to create synergy. After the acquisition, Vitran will remain as the TransForce's an independent operating entity.
