Bulgaria Speedy company through mergers and expand the business

Recently, the express delivery company Speedy told investors that, will merge France express parcel company GeoPost in Romania express company.
Speedy has been listed in the Bulgarian stock exchange, said it will get DPD Romania and Geopost Romania and Bulgaria Bulgaria in the market all the shares of the company.
The Speedy company is contributive 30000000 Bulgarian Leva (about 15300000 euros) to buy shares from the French postal GeoPost group and Turkey Company Yurtichi Cargo Servizi AS, which is based on 8 times earnings to estimate.
At the same time, GeoPost bought shares in Speedy, which makes its assets growth of 25%. Since 2002, GeoPost has been the strategic investors, can quickly increase its holdings. After the merger, Speedy will become a full member of the international DPD highway network in europe.
Speedy said, the two companies after the merger, Speedy will be able to focus on to Bulgaria and Romania to provide complete logistics services, in order to consolidate the market two. The company also will serve as the official members directly using DPD in the European ground network.
Speedy said, the company has been through long-term investment loans and capital investment from GeoPost, to raise funds for the acquisition of DPD Geopost, Romania and bulgaria.
