A few days ago, the world's largest express transportation company FedEx, Wuhan, one of the Customer Service Center was officially opened after an upgrade to its international express and domestic customers with time-limited support services. Federal Express is currently in Beijing, Guangzhou and Wuhan have three customer service centers. After the upgrade, at the customer service center in Wuhan owned more than 200 customer service representative for East China's international express delivery customers and a nationwide limit of the domestic customers. President of FedEx China chenjialiang said: "FedEx continuously improve our service levels to meet customer needs. We are through the implementation of customer service center in Wuhan upgrade to improve the customer experience." FedEx in China, Managing Director of Customer Service zhusu warming, said: "We not only customer service center in Wuhan, an increase of the number of customer service representative, but also for our phone system was upgraded to further improve the customer experience." The center is equipped with a Cisco IPCC advanced telephone system, to provide customers with higher quality and more stable call services, while helping to Federal Express for more efficient management in China Customer Service Center. The system supports FedEx in Wuhan, Beijing and Guangzhou, the three call centers receive calls from each other, when one of the busiest call center, the Center for any other assistance can be instantly cross-regional customer telephone calls.
