The heavy snow caused part of postal service delay

According to Japan's "Asahi news" reported on February 20th, February 14th East Japan began to suffer from heavy snow hit, causing some area postal service delay.
Japan post is introduced, in part, Yamanashi Prefecture, Gunma and Nagano region, mail and goods receiving than usual to be postponed for half a day to several days. As of the afternoon of February 19th, 6 Postal Bureau Yamanashi ceased in the state.
