The British MetaPack acquire European operators Xlogics group

Recently, the British home delivery management company MetaPack acquired the European professional transportation company XLogics group, to support the international development.
The deal also includes the XLogics group in Germany and Poland subsidiary. This is the MetaPack development in Europe for 20000000 pounds after investment.
XLogics is a company to provide warehousing automation and scheduling solutions company. In Germany Bach of Rhine XLogics Limited by Share Ltd and Poland green city of XLogics group company.
MetaPack said, with the UK, continental Europe and the USA retailers to expand into overseas markets, the acquisition of XLogics will enhance the ability of international business company retailers growth. At present, the company has a direct connection to Europe and other parts of the world more than 200 transport network. After the merger the company for electronic commerce and multi-channel retail customers with more than 3000 global transportation service provider.
Metapack says, in 2013 the company system will coordinate to more than 350000000 pieces of parcel delivery, delivery and tracking around the world, involving a total of more than 44 countries and nearly 2 000 retailer customer.
