Japan Post release 2014 postage standard

The new postage standard adopts Japan Post December 2nd April 1, 2014 issued by the consumption tax hike. 25 grams within the mail postage ceiling rose to 82 yen from 80 yen, the general Postcard postage rose to 52 yen from 50 yen.
