Recently, held in Switzerland Geneva UPU "financial development of inclusive" global forum, a new study entitled "financial inclusion and post role" UPU and the world bank, the national postal operators are actively by expanding the network and service coverage, to accelerate the development of financial inclusion, in order to promote the postal financial development. In the study, the research object is two kinds of people: people have accounts a single financial institution, or have financial institutions account also has the postal financial accounts of the crowd; only has the postal financial accounts of the crowd. In high-income countries, about 90% of adults have postal financial accounts, bank accounts or both. While providing postal financial services in developing countries, this proportion was only 44%. UPU economic expert Jos é Anson says, at present in Brazil, India, China, Morocco and South Africa and other countries, the postal network prompted largely come to use financial services. But in other developing countries, the postal network existed, but the financial services are not fully used. This study investigated the nearly 150 countries based on 150000 adults, is part of a 2011 World Bank Financial inclusion Gallup poll data, and through the further analysis of the 60 countries to provide postal financial services to 65000 people, the postal financial network to customers. Leora Klapper chief economist of World Bank Research Department said, the study contributes to the understanding of the global internal postal agencies for the financial business people, and contribute to the understanding of how to promote the financial development of inclusive. Data show that, the postal service plays an important role in providing financial services to low income groups. Jos é Anson said, with the continuous economic growth in developing countries, governments use of the postal network distribute social welfare for the people. Capital and expand the postal network, to promote the modernization of the pace of development, become an important measure for countries to promote financial inclusive development policy.
