UPS recently released an online shopping behavior for the Asia Pacific region consumer survey report. The report covers the major consumers of mobile trend views, as well as the impact of brand preference of online shopping experience elements. The report shows, those for multi-channel shopping, distribution and customer service convenience of most concern.
