Canada Post will be charged on 2014 community mailbox installation fee

Recently, the Canadian real estate developers agreement with Canada post. Canada Post will begin charging community mailbox installation fee from 2014, charging $200 each.
Canada Post was announced on 2012, will in 2013 to the real estate developers to collect disposable email installation costs, residential and commercial district, not sharing the mailbox. At present, the fee will be imposed in 2014.
Canada Post said, every year to install the new mailbox and extension delivery network requires a lot of cost, so we need to collect email installation fee to cover part of the expenditure.
Declining Canada Post is currently struggling to cope with the volume of mail. At the same time, along with the increase of the Canadian population, each year will add 150000 delivery address.
At present, about 1/4 of Canadian households -- 3800000 families use the community mailbox.
