PostNord acquired Aditro file scanning service

The PostNord announced a few days later to buy the Danish data scanning, A/S, recently intends to purchase Aditro document scanning company.
PostNord said, the company has signed an agreement to acquire Aditro, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the Norway territory digital services and document management services. In addition, the company will deal aimed at Aditro Danish transfer business.
After the acquisition of Aditro Financial Management AB and Aditro Financial Processes AB, PostNord 's Posten Scanning AB company will also take over the original company employees, assets and contracts.
PostNord says, this acquisition if it can be completed on schedule in early July, when the company will become the Swedish and Nordic scanning the market's helm.
Posten Scanning chief executive Niels Frost Larsen said: "Aditro Document Automation has an excellent customer portfolio and service provision, and there are many skilled employees. For PostNord, this is a perfect match, but also an important opportunity, can establish its leading position in the Nordic scanning on the market."
Document automation business provides Aditro scanning and printing services for the public and private enterprises and organizations, has about 100 employees.
PostNord says, after the acquisition, all staff engaged in the business will be Posten Scanning hired. For Aditro clients, in the short term, all business will carry on as usual; but in the long run, the new company to further expand the business and to explore more market opportunities. At the same time, Aditro is a sale of its aspects of document automation equipment, on the other hand, continue to focus on its core business areas. The company is headquartered in Stockholm peripheral Sundbyberg, 1300 staff members in the Nordic countries, its main business is the human resources, salary and financial software services.
Aditro chief executive Johan Berg said, "I believe, we have found a suitable successor, to take care of our employees and customers."
