United Parcel Service and international Teamsters Union signed a new contract to develop new business

Recently, United Parcel signed two five year contract with the United States International truck drivers union. The contract includes the parcel and freight company.
At present, both sides contract problems have not been resolved, but the initial agreement has been signed. The agreement will terminate on July 31, 2013. Once the contract is approved, will take effect in August 1, 2013. The new agreement remained "strong competitiveness, the customer is supreme" the idea, in order to further development in the medical logistics, e-commerce and other fields of business.
United Parcel Express, the new signing of the agreement is a win-win for employees, customers and shareholders, in the current contract expires before we have reached an agreement.
According to the agreement, there will be 140000 workers joined the association health plans, will have to convert 2000 part-time workers to full-time work.
