Singapore postal system in Singapore Environment Council green certification

Recently, Singapore postal system has passed the certification of Green Environmental Council of singapore.
Singapore Post said, the company's environmental policy and activities after strict examination and approval, all of its stores have received the "ecological post office" label.
Assessment content includes: management and recycling of water and energy consumption, waste; staff's environmental awareness and habits. Including some scheme of Singapore postal universal: recycled printer cartridges, to set the device to energy-saving mode, temperature rise once to reduce the use of air conditioning. The post office staff is equipped with the special green committee, to encourage environmental protection act, and the sharing of best practices.
Singapore Post retail and financial services executive vice president Loh Choo Beng said, the establishment of ecological office label certification, its goal lies in the concept of environmental protection into each employee's daily life. Singapore Post has implemented many programs to reduce carbon emissions, resource consumption and waste output. At present, the company is looking for paper scheme is no more, and will continue to improve in their daily work, in order to reduce the overall impact on the environment.
