ByBox acquisition of British technology and logistics support company Echo

The UK site service, electronic lockers express delivery company ByBox has successfully acquired the technology and logistics English professional support company - Echo, in order to improve the end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Echo can be turned into this for their clients - including Blue-chip company such as IBM, Getronics, Fujitsu and other enterprises to provide services based on Unisys.
Previously, ByBox also acquired in the field of the company's 2010 takeover of Newcotech, the recent acquisition of PPR solutions. Completion of the acquisition, ByBox company set up a technical service department. With the aid of technical service department, ByBox company has the ability to provide a complete end-to-end solutions, including spare parts procurement, warehousing, distribution, and repair management, mail back and more complex business ready.
