Savings Banks will be the acquisition of Finland postal bank

Finland post announced recently, in 4 month to sell Finland postal bank to Savings Banks company, will act as subcontractors to provide financial services for Finland post.
The transaction is subject to Finland government financial regulatory approval, the amount of the transaction did not disclose. The Finland Post said, there will be 18 people to sign up for Savings Banks.
Finland post CEO Heikki Malinen said, Finland postal bank was built for the purpose of providing payment services to customers, to meet the rapid development of electronic commerce. But, at present, financial stocks will not business as the company's core business. Therefore, the company decided to withdraw from the bank service, and then choose to sell to Savings Banks.
