The French post will increase the salary of the employee

Recently, the French post and a plurality of trade unions signed a new labor agreement, decided in 2013 April by 150000 employees salary.
According to the agreement, non-managerial employees wages in 2013 will collective raise 1.6%, which in April increased 0.8%, 0.8% increase in September. Once an agreement is in force, the minimum annual salary of employees will reach 19164 euros.
In addition, non-managerial employees will also get a special bonus in 2013 September, the overall salary level will increase by at least 400 euros.
For management staff, general salary and personal salary levels will be in accordance with the increase of 0.6% and 1.4%.
The contents of the agreement include: French post from the social budget to pay 400000 euros, to help the difficult single-parent families. The company will allocate 200000 euros, to promote the equality of men and women in the process of implementing measures.
