TNT express in Britain with more electric vehicles

TNT express the British company recently announced in 2013, will expand its full electric transport fleet, the purchase of 20 vehicles of zero discharge of Smith Electric Vehicles Newton trucks, reducing carbon emissions and operating costs.

Simon Harper says, after charging, the battery will keep the vehicle when not in use of power; and the old battery, when the vehicle is not in use, need to keep the battery in the charging state, to keep the electric power.
The replacement of electric vehicle, is part of the TNT team more widely upgrade project.
