The government of Norway to promote the communication of electronic

Norway government recently announced that, from 2014 onwards, the digital mail providers will competition government e-mail delivery.
At present, Norway government is promoting national public service process, and promised in the next two years will be government interagency communication channel into digital channel.
Although the public can still use paper communication mode, but digital channel will become the default way of communication. Government officials have said, electronic communication will allow government agencies and the public communication becomes more convenient, simple and safe.
The government of Norway decided to separate from the digital mail delivery supplier bidding government to public mail, do not use the government internal email platform -- Altinn. Individual users can free choice digital mailbox, this will help to improve the digital mail service level.
Government officials said, through public bidding, government digital messages into the market, the public can be in the same virtual space receiving public and private mail mail.
