Trans-o-flex will wholly acquire its Austria subsidiary

German logistics group Trans-o-flex from January 1, 2013 onwards will buy in Austria subsidiary Trans-o-flex ThermoMed surplus stock.
As of now, the Trans-o-flex group holds 74.9% stake in the Austria subsidiary company. Okuchi Riko company is specialized in medical and pharmaceutical temperature-controlled transportation company, company founder Franz Scherü BL recently announced his resignation from the board of general manager, decided to sell the remaining shares of its formal, leaving time for December 31, 2012.
For Trans-o-flex group, through the acquisition of further expanding the company's medical industry and drug transport international service network. In the temperature control of transportation process, Trans-o-flex will strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the pharmaceutical product transportation, but does not use expensive thermal insulation box.
With the exception of Austria and Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, Trans-o-flex group in Holland, Denmark and France to provide medical transport services, 50% of the group's turnover from the pharmaceutical industry logistics revenue.
